WPM Real Estate Management today announced the promotion of Rebecca Smith to Director of Brand Engagement. This newly created role recognizes Becky’s growing responsibilities and her contributions to the Multi-Family Division. As Director of Brand Engagement, Becky will continue to add value to WPM’s rental strategy while contributing to interactions with potential and existing customers, potential and existing residents, and the general public. .

Since 2020, Rebecca has served as Senior Director of Leasing for WPM’s Multi-Family Division, leading leasing efforts for new construction and assisting with leasing and marketing strategy for WPM’s stabilized communities. As a member of the Marketing and Education Committee, Becky has been instrumental in the ongoing education and mentorship of leasing specialists through the Multi-Family Division’s Leasing Academy program.

Rebecca is extremely active in the multifamily industry and has been a featured speaker on a variety of national platforms showcasing her unique marketing and outreach strategies.
